Love spelled L-O-V-E
is the most stressed over word to find a definition for.
When you are IN LOVE which implies you have a significant other this person is always on your mind. You are infatuated with their being. You both share complete respect for eachother and when you are in love you will see it in eachothers eyes. In bambi its called being "twitterpaited"!!
love itslef is a high, more special caring for another. Family and rare friends are usuaslly in this category. These are people that you will always have their back and they will always have yours. Its a close relationship.

Hope that helps clear up the difference between like, love and being in love

Love is the feeling that you feel that is in your heart that you know without that person and that person without you are never happy, and you feel like you can trust that person and tell them anything and you both have a wonderful personality towards eachother. The only reason you want to know what love is, is because you never felt the right feeling.
