Haha .... don't know really, but our daughter lives in Britain and she uses it very well now with a very "British" accent!!!

I would rather be pissed off, than pissed on!! Its just a slang term for being mad. Look up the etomology of the word piss it may tell you the orgins of the word but it would be better for you to look it up rather than me, that way you will never have to ask such a stupid question ever ever again.
