I think if they are the size of mosquito bites then you have a problem. If you accidentally put your bra on backwards...and it fits better, you have a problem.

I am a large person who has been through childbirth and nursing, so I would love to be a smaller size. Any size is ok as long as you are comfortable with it. Like my mother used to say "If it bothers you that much, change it", although she was talking about dying my hair. I'm a 46C.
If you are small sized, there are bras that are padded, and there are bras like the "wonder" bra that give you the appearance of more.
You can also have dresses that have linings altered to include padding. I have done this for my tiny sized friends. You can get the padding in fabric stores.

Large enough to show off your shape (think along the lines of Jennifer Anniston). Anything larger, while it looks nice, really (from a guys point of view), what do you do with them.
Also, most women have the same number of nerve endings no matter what the size. So small breasts will be more sensative than large because the nerve endings are more tightly packed.

I can fit from anywhere to an A or a B. It all depends on the make of the bra. I don't think it really matters what size your boobs are. I don't think that there is a too small in breast sizes but there is most definitely a size that is too big. Your boobs should fit your body. You don;t have to have boobs the size of watermelons to be noticed.

I'm 34B and I personally I do think that I am small and wish I was bigger, but really it only depends on your body.. If you're skinny then 34A or 32B is still good. Anything smaller might be too small.

You grab your boob and if you got a handful you got enough. Having big boobs isn't everything believe me. Whenever i buy shirts with buttons in the front they just wanna pop out. It also has to do with your body shape in general. If you are a small girls you don't need big boobs. I am a 38C

I would say anything less than an "A". I am a 34A, which sux but I am happy with them because they fit me perfectly.
