What is the most corrupt US Government Agency in the USA, and is funded by the US Federal Government.
And it payoff State Judges, and other Legal Officers like the Da's, and Attorney General of each state??

Dumbass. Why ask a question when you think you know the answer? CSE pays off judges and lawyers, huh? Got any proof of that? If so, you should blow the story wide open. Perhaps if people made better choices about their parenting partners, we wouldn't need to use FEDERAL FUNDS (read: MY tax dollars) on hunting down known deadbeats.
BTW, the real answer to your question is the IRS.
