yes you can.... this is regularly done by private pilots.

Here's a website where you put in any of two values and it'll calculate the third....

or

dewpoint = 237.3/(1/(log(dewpoint)/17.27+temp/(temp+237.3))-1)

temp in celcius....

yes....it is possible to calculate dewpoint knowing humidity and temp

Dewpoint...such a handy concept. Too bad you can only compute it numerically...the equation relating dewpoint to other measures (previous answer) is transcendental.

Simple enough...but time consuming...use a table.
