i think its normal, my boyfriends left is huge and his right is smaller , but he is good in bed ;-) lol ok

It depends how much of a difference you're talking about. Most men have a slight difference in testicle size, but it shouldn't be hugely different. If one is significantly larger than the other you may have a hydrocele or a varicocele - you should probably go to the doctor and have it checked out. If you DO have a varicocele, it can affect your fertility - the extra blood in the area eats the testicle up and kills the sperm.

Yes, you should worry. Usually testes are slightly different, but if the difference is so big, you have to go to a doctor.
Also, check if you have varicocele - this is when you feel like a bunch of worms in your sack and around your testicle. If this is the case with you, poor blood circulation is the reason your testicle is tiny. You will need to get a simple surgery in this case and you will have two big testes - after the blood circulation is restored, the second one will grow! Check online for varicocele.

testicles are not suppose to be the same size and you do not need to worry. You should exercise concern if you feel pain in either, or if you feel a lump or variations in one that were not there before. If those things happen then see a doc, but not cos of size difference between the two

mine are different in size too left is bigger then the right so don't worry about it if u do worry about it alott how about replaceing the tiny one with a silicone one.i did not know i had 2 untill 2 years ago when the doctor told me because the right one was so small

There was a young man of Devises whose balls were of 2 different sizes, one was small and weighed nothing at all, the other was huge and won prizes.

it common for one testicle to be slightly bigger and hang lower than the other one. nothing wrong with you it just they the body is for men. same goes for women and thier breasts.

It is normal I think, if they are not too different in size. For me the left one is slightly bigger. :)

One is usually bigger than the other and one usually hangs lower too. It's so they have room, and are not competing with each other for space.

everything on your body that you have two of, has one that is bigger than the other. just like woman's boobs. the right one is normally bigger than the left. same with your feet,arms, legs,ears, ect
