I have to say my two favorite cartoons of all time are:
2 Stupid Dogs
"Well, idnt that cute.....BUT IT'S WRONG!" This was done with much homage to the Hannah/Barbera cartoons of the 50s/60s. The humour is gross at times, sophisticated at others, sly and stylish at other times. Revolving around the misadventures of two apparently homeless dogs in search of food, and having a revolving supportive cast of about 4 characters (The Pimple faced fat teenager, the little brown haired girl, the yellow cat, and the fat guy with the 5 o'clock shadow that always yells). This show still makes me laugh everytime I see it.
Courage, the cowardly dog
"Blah, blah blah...stupid dog, you made me look bad! BOOGA BOOGA BOOGA!"
A cranky old man, a silly old woman wearing combat boots, angry space ducks, crazed mummies, floating Uncle Fester heads, a smart alec computer, a ridiculous Indian doctor, an escaped british convict who cross dresses and has multiple personality disorders, a George W Bush look alike news caster, and tons of things that go bump in the night in 'The Middle of Nowhere' what could possibly make it any better?
I recently posted this as part of an answer to another question, but it still applies. If you have never watched these two shows, I highly recommend seeing them. If you have seen them before and didnt like them, I say this- watch 5 half hour episodes with an open mind, you will really like them!

my favorite cartoon? I have more :) :
1 - X-Men Evolution -> coz I love mutants :)
2 - Totaly Spies -> coz I always wanted 2 be 1 (Alex is my fav)
3 - Shaman King -> coz I just like it (Len is hot)
4 - Teen Titans -> coz teen super heros R cool (Robin is hot,& Raven is my fav)
5 - South Park -> coz it sooooooo suits me & my frieds :)
6 - Happy Tree Frieds -> coz it has that sadistic comedy . I love it!

The Simpsons, because I have been watching it since the begining, and it is funny. I also like that I can watch it everyday of the year and not see the same episode twice.

The Jetsons- when I watched them in the 1960's the flying cars and Rosie the Robot and the way they cooked all seemed totally futuristic to me. I still love it.

Scooby Doo where are you. But only those I dont like the new ones like a pup named scooby or whats new scooby. The old ones are soo much better.

uhhhh...i would have to say Spongebob Squarepants...because he is just sooo funny, but don't get me wrong i have many many more other favorite cartoons! But Spongebob Squarepants is just funny and i can look at it all day if i wanted to...LOL. : - )
