Ok here's one option;

THC - Substances or Conditions which can cause false positives
Dronabinol (Marinol)
Ibuprofen; (Advil, Nuprin, Motrin, Excedrin IB etc)
Ketoprofen (Orudis KT)
Kidney infection (Kidney disease, diabetes) Liver Disease
Naproxen (Aleve)
Promethazine (Phenergan, Promethegan)
Riboflavin (B2, Hempseed Oil)

Here's another option;

Sustiva is the HIV drug that has been most linked to false + urine tests for marijuana (Sustiva also know as efavirenz=Stocrine is some parts of the world). KH

Here's another;

I worked in the field of mental health for 25+ years, and
drug testing was a common reality. One of the facts which
should be well-known to anyone in the field is that THC
gets stored in the fat cells, so if one is at all overweight
it's likely that they have THC stored. If the person then
exercises during the week of testing, it can result in the
release of sufficient THC metabolites into the bloodstream
to yield a positive test, since the test looks for metabolites,
and not THC itself. So you won't get stoned when the metabolites
are released into your bloodstream when you exercise, but the
test will still detect them. It can take several years for these
metabolites to be released and excreted from the body, so false
positives in former cannabis users are not uncommon, and this
should be taken into consideration by test reporting agencies.

Even normal activities of daily life and the concurrent level
of metabolism can and will release THC metabolites into the
bloodstream, and can produce a false positive.

These are the best I could find. I did a Yahoo Search for "THC False-Positive Urine Test". You might want to continue searching Yahoo and Google for the Answer. I've sited my sources below. (Btw, if I were you, I would talk to a doctor and have a physical done just to be sure everythings ok, as stated above, it could be a sign of other serious conditions)

Sorry and Good Luck!

THC is detected in blood tests for about 40 days after a single use, but u only smoked 1/5 so.. Probably I think maybe it wont show up? Well Perhaps.. Regular (daily) use can be detected for at least 60 days or up to three months. So i've heard The first time i smoked I was 20 and you're just 14 .. ? Damn i can tell u that weed only made trouble for me because it makes u want more everytime until its the only thing u want from this life is to get high, and this is not good so please at least wait until you're old enough so it doesnt get the hold of u, u know? Or maybe u dont.. Thats the point

Who did the urine test? The doctor? They are really not 100% accurate, especially if you don't do everything exactly how you are supposed to. You should take another and see what it says.

Why do you people still think second hand smoke can show up??? IT CANNOT, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN OVER AND OVER. STOP SAYING THAT IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT THE **** YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT!!!

Many things can give a false positive on a urine test. Certain foods, medications even Dexatrim is known for false positive readings. So the herbs you are taking have probly got something to do with it.

Have you been around others that do smoke marijuana? Their second hand smoke may effect you. There may also be traces of it still in your home (furniture, clothes, carpets, bedding, etc) that can still get into your system.
Most likely explanation, however, is second hand smoke.

no the vitamins wont affect the test, but i would say you are probably a rather large person and have some fat on you. Remember, thc is stored in fat cells. Quitting alone wont just have it magically disappear. You need to exercise my friend.

Some herbs can give a false positive on drug tests. Oragano for marijuana, Poppy seeds for opiates, etc.

Have u been around people while they were smoking? cause that would do it and the herbal vitamins may also give a false positive. Try stopping the vitamins and taking another type of vitamins and drink a lot of water. Good luck

Do you hang with anyone that smoking a doob? In the same space as you? Or maybe someone is putting it in your food, so you would test as a user? Do you use it like chewing tobac? Lotsa reasons!

Some foods you eat can make certain things show up. Like never eat Poppy Seed before a drug test.
