Nope, remember you quit your job. You had no right to be where you were.

Did you really say "buzz off?" Why would he call security for that? If what you say is true, then perhaps you have a lawsuit for discrimination but you also did quit the job for another one so you can't expect your boss to just take you back. Perhaps try writing him a letter explaining exactly what happened and maybe you can come to an agreement.

Oh why, oh why, oh why, do you think you had grounds for any type of lawsuit ? Especially on the grounds of "discrimination"?
When you quit your job, did you also tell him what a "lousy" company you worked for? What a "bird-brain" he was?
"Buzz off" would be good reply to you if you reapplied for your previous position.
I myself often discriminate against "stupidity"

no dippy!
you quit. period.
you may have been able to ask for your job back BEFORE you made an idiot out of yourself, but doesn't look so good now.

start the job hunt over again. this time get something in writing about the job offer, so it doesn't fall through again.

No, you already quit. That's your bad for quitting prior to knowing 100% that you had the other job.

NO - He's right - you don't work there anymore.

You could humble yourself and ASK for your old job back, but saying "buzz off" to the boss, while you are trespassing doesn't help you much.
