Lower back pain can be caused by a total lack of physical interplay with someone of the opposite gender. Or you had a really gooooood night last night. Heh! Heh! Heh!

See if you might get a massage to relieve it.
Anything can cause a sore back even something as simple as sleeping in a funny position or just moving the wrong way. .

Maybe you are lifting things that are more than a 1/3 of your body weight. It is unhealthy. But, maybe it is just PMS. LOL. Try Midol for those period symptoms.

1.) kidney problem
2.) slipped disc (ouch!)
3.) you have your period
4.) hip problems

that's all i know for now. number 3 is pretty common

do you have a lot of stress? do you do a lot of lifting, pulling, pushing? if your back is in pain, check with your doctor.
