Can language says something which does not exist? I mean, if object "F" does not exist, how can someone say that it does not exist, given that, it if does not exists, it can't be said, as L. Wittgenstein taught us?

In sum: the non-existent can be said?

I think it was Phytagerous who said - "It must needs be, that what can be thought and spoken of, is - for it is certainly possible to be"

In that case, thinking it, or speaking of it - has given it existence

The question you have asked has brought the existence of what you asked about? Get it? If you never need talk about, or think about a thing, it will never exist! But if you have a need to be fulfilled, then you have brought into existence the object you needed.

I know what you are probably trying to express is because someone has told you there is no solution to a problem you face.
That is the mother of invention. To bring into existence the solution to a problem with no solution, or to invent a better way to get to the solution.

But there are exceptions to this rule.

We face in the world a need to create an energy source with potential to meet our hungry need of power. One that is cheap, renewable, won't harm our ozone layer, and limitless.

They have the name of the solution, but they have not found the way to make the solution work yet. I am talking about COLD FUSION.

They know the potential is there and has been recognized, but they cannot bring it into existence yet. But they are working on the formula, and so they have given it a name and brought it into existence.

I am trying to not sound like a weirdo, but it is difficult to do when discussing this subject! To be or not to be, that is the question.
William Shakespeare was apparently wondering the same thing you are. I didn't read where he found the solution either, but his question brought it into existence as a possiblity.

The Indians in America were faced with this dilemma in many instances. Alot of the things that were introduced by the colonists/conquistadors didn't exist in their society, they didn't have a name for it. Ive heard of many examples, but the one i can think of right now is the description of Black people, the Sioux called them Buffaloe soldiers.

Infinity is something that in reality doesn't exist. It only exists in theoretical calculations.

There are plenty of ideas that can be expressed through language that don't necessarily exist in reality.
