What century are you living in? Women can be anything they want to be: surgeons, astronauts, senators, and the secretary of state is a woman. There is nothing to stand in your way. Big corporations are run by women.

It's not a girl job...it's a responsible PERSONS job. Study management but get a lot of finance courses too. You'll need them.

Better choose Human Resource Management - very suitable for a girl... I had a HR Manager that was a very cool woman.:)
Management as a general field would be hard for you - as most Managers are men...

NOT UNTIL YOU'VE FINISHED YOUR STUDIES --and I would prefer you to have at least a couple of years of high-level management experience because my business is fairly hefty and has alot of complexities and its kinda doubtful someone would be able to handle it straight out of courses---oh it would also be nice if you worked on your spelling and proof reading skills as an added plus

There's no such thing as a 'girl-job' do whatever the heck you want to! Most likely you'll do it better than any guy could ever do it! Well maybe not, but at least just as well!

Last time I checked, this was 2006 and any person can hold any position they set their minds to. You shouldn't think in terms of female or male dominated fields, go after what your interest is no matter what.

Of course. Females can do anything that males do 100x better. I was going to school for that but I changed my major because it didn't interest me but yeah, go for it. I know plenty of female managers.

Definitely-well if you are doing the hiring of her then it is very unlikely that she will be your boss, to begin with. But people are judged based on their ability not gender. Plus its illegal to discriminate based on sexual gender.

Find the right girl and it is.
