Go everyday (just once a day). I am hard to tan but it starts showing at about the 3rd session.

well get that spary on tan thing it works. the real tanning is toooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo dangerous.

3 times is the charm, but you might want to add spray on bronzer for even coverage.
