I ate something from applebees friday night that had pepper jack cheese and jalapenos....i woke up in the middle of the night with an upset stomach feeling and a little pain. It kinda was in my stomach area and on my right side. It hurt a little in my chest under my boobs to take a deep breath.

I passed some gas and noticed the pain was going away.

I had no fever, this was the first time it has ever happened and i havent had the feeling since then.

just gas?

when i first started having gallbladder problems, i too would pass some gas and then feel better, in fact it felt like gas trapped...but it just kept getting worse and worse...until i was nauseated...then the when i threw up the pain would leave....then it was constant...after i ate anything....then i didn't even have to eat, i just had ice chips and the some of the worse pain I'd ever had.
try eating a low fat bland diet, and see your doctor. there are things that can be done before it gets to the point of having your gallbladder removed, because i believe that you really do need your gallbladder. and who knows it might just be gas, at least you would feel better talking to a doctor and knowing for sure.

Gas can be very painful even causing people to believe they are having a heart attack. It sounds like gas to me.
Is it possible you are developing an intolorance to dairy products? This can happen suddenly. One day you can be having that ice cream/latte and be fine and then the next you get gas and fountain butt every time you have a 1/2 glass of milk.

I've had my gallbladder out.. I was in such horrendous pain beforehand that it is crazy. It felt like my whole body was going to explode. I threw up everything even water.

i would guess it was gas, as my gallbladder attacks were really severe and wouldn't go away just from passing gas. in fact, in the weeks leading up to my gall bladder removal, i would be in severe pain for days on end due to a gallbladder attack.

it is possible that you have the beginning stages of gallbladder problems (either stones or an inflamed gallbladder), but i wouldn't worry too much on it now unless it becomes more frequent.

Gall Bladder pain would usually stay in the same place. If you ate a lot of greasy stuff it could aggravate it. Sounds more like gas. If the pain persists see your doctor.

You might even be lactose intolerant, It sounds like it. A gallbladder is quite painful and feels like someone hitting you in the ribs over and over, along with nausea, and vomiting. I would blame it on the cheese.

Sounds like it was gas and indigestion. It doesn't sound like the pain I had when I had ma gall bladder attacks. That being said, if it recurs you may want to check things out with your doctor. Left untreated you could develop GERD, gastroesophageal reflux disease, which can lead to more serious conditions.

most likely, it was just gas, but I would start paying attention to what you eat and when and if you have another reaction like that. you might need to be on a daily acid reflux type medicine or you might want to take a Pepcid before you eat meals that are spicey or high in fat. generally people with a bad gall bladder get a reaction when they eat a meal very high in fat. you get extreme nausea and VERY bad pain on your upper right side.

Sounds like gas. Gas can do all kinds of weird stuff to your body. I keep Gas-X with Mylanta gel caps in my purse at all times. I'd rather pass the gas or burp than have it trapped inside where it hurts.

Sounds like it.
A gallbladder attack is VERY painful. It feels like a knife twisting in the middle of your diaphragm. you won't get a fever from a gallbladder attack, just agonizing pain that can last for hours.
