I'm not sure, but it may be the fuel pump fuse. I had a radio installed 2 months ago and am wondering if that could have done something to the electrical system. Just grasping at straws at this point. Anybody have any suggestions?

When the fuse is blown, the car won't even try to turn over. Radio and lights work, but it won't crank over at all.

This is a long shot because I'm speaking about a Merc. I once had a fuse blow under the hood and it acted the same as yours, wouldn't start, nothing not even a click, but lights were working. Turns out the fuse was connected to the alternator system. Turned out the alternator had a short and needed replacement. Yes, I know you have a dodge, umm, but maybe?

Majikman is probably correct. However, you didn't mention whether or not the vehicle quits when the fuse "blows". It should if it's the fuel pump fuse, and the fuel pump is the most likely culprit. But if the vehicle runs with the fuse blown, it's possible the radio installation is to blame. You would need a wiring diagram to see what component(s) are on that circuit, and trace down the wiring until you find the short circuit. I don't want to step on Majikmans' toes, just need a little more information.
