A brutal mother......A brutal owner of Pepsi....and brutal on the men in her life. And a great performance by Faye Dunaway. One of the best portrayals of a real person in movie history.

Yes I have seen it many times....NO MORE WIRE HANGERS...it is a really good movie....also read the book. Joan Crawford was sadistic...Faye Dunaway did a really good job in her portrayal of Joan Crawford.

Heck, yes... This is only my favorite movie of all time. I don't believe however, that Joan did all those horrible things. If you were an abusive parent wouldn't you abuse all of your children and not just one? And why are the twins that Crawford adopted in the '50's not in this movie at all? I think it's bogus!
