The smell of your urine and its color is determined by your eating habits. Determining what food you eat, its smell and odour changes. On the other hand: what is Urine: a mixturue of water and red blood cells that go throuth the liver and become yellow, that contains hormones as well. Urine is not harmful at all: on the contrary; (according to a book I have read concerning this issue) if being applied on a wound, the wound gets cured more rapidly. nterestingly, urine has been used for curing purposes over the previous centuries: the Romans traded with it, and soliders used their own urine during World War II and I to cure their wouds. Urine can be used for a large variety of diseases, such as hearing deficiencies, ear pain, throat ache, (yes, you have to drink the middle part of it) and according to certain studies it is also used for treating AIDS with more less success. On the other hand, you have to be careful about it, since the smell of Urine can also be caused by BACTERIAL INFECTION. Read about it, as for I'm not an expert on this field (I used it to cure my hearing deficiency on my right ear with SUCCESS, as for our body has its own curing process and function. Read about it, or ask your doctor about it.

Urine typically shouldn't have much of a smell to it. The odor you are noticing probably indicates an infection, such as a UTI.
It could indicate a more serious problem, such as a metabolic disorder or a liver problem. You should absolutely be concerned; please make an appointment to see your health care provider for accurate diagnosis.

You're prolly dehydrated. Drink a lot of water. Also if you hold it to long, the water in the urine will absorb back in to your body. So drink more and pee more.
