see if you can get invited to one of the parties. then clog up her toilet and hide shrimp heads in various locations. hopefully it stinks so bad as the heads rot that they have to move. is there a noise ordinance in your town? if so, call the cops every single time the music is too loud.

Most cities have noise ordinances which limit certain activities to certain times, say 10:00 p.m. If these morons are causing this until 3:00 in the morning or so, the police should be informed and they may be charged with disturbing the peace.

Your local city government should have "noise pollution" laws. Check with the police department. They can tell you the restrictions and times they apply. Try asking your neighbors nicely, at least one time, to keep it down "after 10pm" since others have to work and attend school during the day. If they do not cooperate, do not hesitate to have the police politely remind them of the law regarding night time noise.

Well i would in a very polite way invite them to the neighborhood. With a party like no other. Not really.. try talking to them. they say neihbors don't talk enough. If it doesn't stop then call the police to stop it. Remember once you talkedto them and it doesnt work and you call police they will no who called.

list them, maintain a log of the days the police come, and get copies of any police experiences. Then sue them in civil courtroom for inflicting emotional misery and sleep deprivation. If you need to concentrate to them you would as good receives a commission for it.

Call the police. After a few times they'll get the hint and be quiet.

Well, you could call the police for violation of the noise ordinance depending on what time it is.
