No spooning or forking, just plain fingers, the best way to eat, the food tastes better

It certainly should. Unless the forking came immediately prior to the spooning, in which case, it may take awhile before further forking can take place...depending on how long it's been for one of the spooners.

I believe "forking" comes first before "spooning"... spooning feels good after forking, right? hahaha!!!! =)

Spooning is just sleeping against your partner, in a "spoon fashion". To be facing the same direction and being close to your partner in bed.
Forking? hmmm She may not appreciate it, and you will 'spoon, no mo' LOL!!
I wish you well..

It can, but be careful about spooning OR forking with someone very jealous, or they may get angry, and knifing will be involved...
