This is a good site for Libra stuff - but generally Libras like balance and beauty - they avoid confrontation and are VERY social. The Libras I've known have all been witty and intelligent and tend to ponder things. Libras also have a reputation for lying or stretching the truth, but it comes back to their dislike for confrontation - they would rather lie than hurt someone's feelings. Happy Horoscoping!

I read it all. And don't pay attention if it comes off as needy or not. Be yourself. As to why he's not responding, maybe it couldve been because he's working on his essay? I don't like txting that much, cuz ppl are so interested in writing short msgs. And cutting out stuff. I don't like that. If you wanna talk to him, do it in person.
