You need the form itself, and you also need a form 1098, to report to the IRS. Both can be obtained thru the IRS, or you can goto a local office supply store, and purchase them in a small packet, which usually has 8 to 10 of these forms, printer ready.

go buy a 1099 forms at your local office supply store...fill them out and issue them to your contractors!!!

make sure you have the persons name address and social so you can send it to them...and make copies for future use and business license number!!!
