Yea, Bully is based on the 1992 murder of:
"Bobby Kent - A suburban high school student in South Florida who was killed by friends. On July 15th 1993, 7 teenagers from Broward County, South Florida, stabbed and bludgeoned Bobby to death - leaving the mutilated corpse to rot, in the swamp. The majority of the Broward County 7 remain in prison - one on death row."

I've seen it, it is a really good movie and I was shocked when I found out it was based on a true story because the kids were brutal in the murder and it's kinda sad when people are so tortured by someone they have to resort to violence or killing someone.
Also I saw on a site on MSN that 3 of the 7 teens are out of jail and Marty Puccio's death sentence was reduced to life in prison.

Yes, very good movie. Althought the guy playing the bully didn't look like he could intimidate anyone in real life. My NEICE would have kicked his azz. But then again maybe that was part of the point. Being a bully isn't always about size, but intimidation. There are weakling bosses who intimidate people, little old ladies who are bullies, etc...
