Soccer is definitely the most athletic. It takes speed, stamina, foot skills, strength in both legs and arms, and brains. There are much fewer breaks, and the field is bigger, so the running area is bigger. Soccer was voted the second most intense sport, falling only behind swimming. Yay for soccer!

I think that basketball is the most athletic because it takes up the most energy. I can honestly answer this question because i play all these sports. I only play flag football, so regular football may be the most athletic out of all them too.

Soccer, even though I don't like it. Never have I seen a pudgy pro soccer player. They run and jump a lot in soccer(head shots) They talk of Shaq being out of shape in the past, but he was still the best center and Barkley was anything but thin, but man was he good. Soccer never stops...being boring :)

Basketball. B/c you run back and forth, jump for rebounds... that kinda thing. Also, you have to run really fast then suddenly stop. It takes A LOT of energy.

soccer cuz u only git like five minutes of break in between the halves........so u need to run for ninety minutes....unlike basketball wher u git like 20 minute between halves and u get sub out every 10 min

soccer (football) because u do a lot of obstacle and run a lot. u have to do a lot of exercise and a lot of training to be fit. u have to work up those muscle in u to be stronger and healthier.
