Well, me & Wifey are "on the road" to starting our own Deli. We have 3 children, already. We have a lovely home in Minnesota, USA.
We will be serving "Pannini-Grilled" sandwhiches, home-made breads, Home-made roast-beef, fresh smoked turkey, various gourmet items, HOME-made Ice cream,(only Vanilla, Choc, Blackberry, & Ice-C Dujour), Salads, Brats, Soups, Pasta, ETC. We are VERY excited about this new "adventure" in our lives. Excited and "scared".
My wife is a "graphic artist" for a national magazine. So we will be selling some of her art-work and photo's.
It only took me 35 years to figure out what I want in life! (lol)
The name of that "want": Green Leaf Deli & Dogs

To become a writer! It was a hobby to begin with but i know in my heart i'd love a professional career in writing stories. You know when you've found the perfect choice of career if it's a job you would do for free but get paid for!

I want to grow up and have a family. And spend every day with my favorite guy in the world. Also, a wonderful career that is worth my while and I enjoy it would be nice as well.

To be a successful business owner. I have wanted to own a business, mostly automotive(anything) or retail, I have a degree in automotive business management already so all of the "ins and outs" I have covered but it is all about finance, finance, finance. It will happen for me I have faith and the ambition to complete my goals so it won't be long.

To be strong of mind and opinion but always have the time to listen to others

I already have two children...that was part of my life ambition. I would also like to be a photographer and/or writer, and am still working on that.
