A look up for piano's?

I was wondering if there is a website anywhere where I can type in a piano's serial number and get back the history of that paticular piano? I have one that I know NOTHING about, and I don't think they make this kind anymore, and I'm just looking for some of the history of this perticular piano. I guess like a carfax for painos

try typing the serial number and make into a search engine and see if that works other than that try going into an old type musical shop an asking round.
