I am turing 21 this year and does any one have any Ideas where I should go to Celbrate my Birthdya? Who should I go with? Family, or Friends?

You should go out with your friends and have one of them be a designated driver. Is there a big city that you live near? I would go somewhere that is exciting. If you could travel, maybe las vegas! have fun and happy early birthday!! :)

You can spend your birthday with family and friends together which is more fun. You can go to nice restaurant or the restaurant that you like the most and invite them. So you can have fun with the person that you love and care...:)
