if you dont have insurance, i recommend going and getting some assistance there are programs that will pay it all for you i had good insurance when i was pregnant but i saw the bills and my insurance paid over $30000 throughout my pregnancy and i had a really textbook pregnancy if there are any complications it can be way more i think the first appt was like $120 and they pretty much did nothing later on you get all kinds of tests and stuff and ultrasounds that stuff costs a fortune

My first was just a doctor's visit and it was $80. You can call ahead and just ask them what the charge would be for an office visit. Bloodwork was charged separately....I think that was $50.

well it all depends on the doctor. try a free clinic. on the 1st visit they usually do pap smear,blood work. and might prescribe prenatal vitamins
