unless they are up against a sagittarius. i dated an aquarius for 6 months 30 years ago, and she's stalked me ever since trying to get the last word in. even a beat down from my wife hasn't stopped her, an aquarius is nothing if not persistent.

Probably not against a taurus or capricorn. Aquarius (as other water signs) is not NEARLY as stubborn as say earth or fire signs.
Besides, "getting the last word" is childish.

No. I'm a Scorpio, and the only person that can get the "last word" against me is another Scorpio. One of my classmates is too, and she observed that the most eloquent in debates are Scorpio and Leo. Scorpios for their cleverness, and Leos for being purely stubborn.

no i think it is more a gemini thing as they could talk your ear off..... aquarius would be more likely be dumb founded and think of what to say only after deep complexed thought and ten minutes later think of a reply
