i hate to say it but....as much as i love funny guys, i have to have some physical attraction to date someone. Nothing against "ugly" men, its just that as much as everyone tries to say that personality is all that matters, im honest and realistic enough to admit on behalf of all the women out there, that physical attraction plays as big a role as mental attraction....
...but i have to add that someone who isn't very good looking can become the best looking man in the world to the woman who he is meant to be with...
....and also, some men can be "fixed up" and be much better looking therefore get more women
After reading some of the other answers....i have to add...."At Least I'm Honest!!" I'm almost positive alot of these girls are "being nice"......i'm a real as* chick....

Ok, let me start off by saying that half the people are only saying this b/c they don't want to sound superficial. If a "ugly" person were to approach them and they didn't know they were a funny person or a genuinely nice person, they would write them off or keep them in the "friend" status, date someone more attractive and cry on the friend's shoulder when things fall apart and then they'll realize they like the "ugly" person. It makes me so sick!!!
And to answer your question, I don't look at looks, I look at how a person makes me feel inside and it's a plus if they are funny and loves me for me.

Absolutely. "Ugly" is a relative term and to some ugly means different things. If it is physically ugly and I fell in love with the person, I wouldn't care what he looked like. Funny is a great way to get to know someone. Sure, I would date someone ugly if they were funny.

You mean "very ugly" as in hard to look at. Ahhh, man, forget 10 points, this is the best advice anyone will ever give you. HELL NO. Now, if she's somewhat not attractive, say a porker, but a cutie living in a big body, then oh yeah, but don't let your friends find out.

Yes I would date someone thats very ugly but very funny. To me, I'm not the type to judge. Sometimes looks are the best way, but sometimes you have to look deeper, instead of looking at one's physical appearance. You'd never know how that person may have helped you or will help you along in your life. They can bring some of the best joys in your life, if you just give them the chance. But I like to laugh anyways, so yeah....But if you're fine as heck, gimme ur digits, lol just playing.

Yes I mean why not. People say all the time I'm not with him/her because of the way she looks but because of his/her personality. Or you may hear this a lot if it was up to the way you look i wouldn't be with you but the way you act makes it all worth it. I know kinda harsh but it doesn't matter how a person look but it matters how the person is. So I would date a funny ugly guy because it what makes him him...

Well I have dated a few unattractive guys but everyone has their own definition of ugly. It is not always about looks, sometimes other things can make up for that. Once you feel good about being around him don't worry about how he looks. Go fo it! I would.

yes absolutley, first of all personality is what really is important. I have dated guys before for just thier looks but their personalities sucked and it didn't work out. If you can be with someone who makes you laugh and feel great about your relationship who may be slightly less attractive, it's totally worth it. So yes I would

okay, i have MUCH to say about this topic.
many people will tell you-"oh its what matters inside not outside." but you know looks count too. they know it also.
as for me, i would go out with someone with a good personality. now there must be other very good characteristics to this person too. not just a great sense of humor. it dpends on how you look at it. some people think that looks are the BIGGEST characteristic to a person. some people think its personality. its just your outlook on it.

Yeah, because looks isn't always everything, plus its better then having someone whos extremely good looking, but has no personality at all!!!!! Give it a try...whats the worst that could happen?
