I read in a book once that some girls cant have orgasms till they are in there early 20s Im 19 and havent had one. How do i know when i am having one? What does it feel like?

LOL. Once you experience one, you'll never wanna stop. I discovered quite accidentally how to have one at the age of 5, so don't think age has anything to do with it. Of course, I didn't know what it was back then, just that it felt damn good, and have been having multiple orgasms ever since. you will know because your body will feel good all over...
It is very intense. I recomend you try to give yourself one first because guys just really dont know how to do it.
Its like an all over warmth and a release..
It only lasts a few seconds though.. and you may not want to have sex for a little while after having an orgasim because your area may become over sensitive.

It feels very very good. You have had one you just probably did not know or understand what that good feeling was. Age is not a factor.
