It's not my favorite name but if you like it then go with it. For a middle name I would say Adriana Kathrine or Adriana Abigail

Since the first name itself has four syllables, I wouldn't make the middle name more than one syllable (full names work best if they have an odd number of syllables). I very much like the idea of Adriana Rose.

I like that name I was going to name my girl that until I found out my boyfriend has a neice named that. I think Dawn or Michelle would go with that but that is just my opinion.
