It's my second day, and I am having some serious cramps and backaches. I don't get backaches that much, but when I do, they hurt like hell! What can I do to make this feel better or to make the pain go away?!?!?!

Midol helps, or any kind of ibprophine of tylenol type over the counter will help with the cramping, also, a hot soak in a tub or a hot shower with the water directed at your back can help too. If those don't help consult your physician.

oh that sucks. i believe your ache (actually!) If the cramps are relatively as unhealthy as you're making them sound, you must see a medical professional. you could have a extra severe situation. meanwhile despite the fact that, take an advil, recreation, (i do know...the final factor in your brain proper? however believe me, it is helping. simply pass out for a stroll or jog or whatever. however when you relatively believe like you are gonna faint STOP! and spot your medical professional. that cannot occur.) after which take a hot tub. that constantly is helping me believe higher. Sleep is helping too each time you'll be able to are compatible a sleep in. fell higher quickly!

First say no to drugs. They have a slingshot effect over time making them worse since they just supress the symptoms. Below site has exciting news about diet and bleeding, cramping and mood from menses. But this info from 1995 has not spread. I am trying to spread it. See site below.

Try taking 2 extra strength tylenol and laying on something like a bag of ice or a bag of frozen peas. I know this sounds crazy, but i have back problems and this always helps when i get cramps.

I use a heating pad to help with cramps. Also, make sure you are getting enough B vitamins along with magnesium as they work together on cramps. Hope it helps you feel better!

Well now that you asked the question, I had my daughter in pain last nite, i am taking her to the doctor to see if he can give her birth control, I heard that helps with the cramping and pain. So maybe if your not on birth control you may want to ask your doctor.

Pamprin is my best friend during a period! It helps with bad cramping (far better than Ibuprophen) and also helps with mood swings, bloating, headaches etc!

Also try warm compresses or a hot bath that helps a lot!

There are a few yoga poses just for this occasion. It will suck at first, but you will feel great after it straightens out your muscles. Also, the hot tub.
