Press the tender portion between the index finger and thumb at the base and you will experience pain. Remove the pain by pressing intermittently. You will find that the back pain has vanished. This could be due to the wind. Eat 2 raw garlic flakes chopped into small pieces and gulp them with one glass of hot water on empty stomach first thing in the morning. Also press the soft portion one inch above between great toe and first finger of your leg. Good luck and best of health.

There's many different reasons can cause the pain. basically, any kind of stretch will help, and avoid lift or carry heavy weight to prevent too much pressure on your back.
You need to see a professional to get accurate diagnosis.

If you mean the lower back, sit on a chair with your feet firmly on the floor. Reach out and slowly touch your toes with your hands. You might need to stretch you muscles and that should help.
