Go for a jog.
Or pick up a stick and bust open some pinatas. :)
No, seriously, physical activity is awesome. It gets rid of excess energy. When you are stressed it's usually about something you can't control, so you get a lot of excess energy that has no outlet. Redirect this into physical exercise or some other craft/hobby you have, or anything productive. This is called sublimation, and it's the best and healthiest way to deal with stress.

Do you have someone that you can trust to talk to? A friend? Neighbor? Parent? Pastor? Talking it out always seems to help.
OR
Keep a journal. Write down what is making you stressed out or upset and positive ways to try and solve it.
Sometimes, too, doing something that you enjoy is a great stress releiver. Good Luck!

Go for a run or a walk. Try clearing your head and using that time to think about nothing or something else that won't stress you out

Pilates, yoga or exercise. Ride a bike and enjoy nature while you exercise. Swim. Take up gardening. Read a book that takes your mind off your troubles.
