A visa card can be used for both credit or debit. If your going to use it as debit You will need a pin number that was issued with the card. Credit is easer.

Both. You can get a Visa credit card as an unsecured loan, or a Visa check (debit) card from your bank.

They come both ways... It started out strictly as a credit card, but now banks are joining it with their debit cards so you can use it almost anywhere, but it still works like a debit card (not credit).

So, be careful when, where, and how you use it. If you are not sure, call your bank and ask!
