I am classified at part-time, yet work over 40 hrs almost every week. I am continuously forced to work past my scheduled "off" time. example: I was to work 830am-5pm....yet I was working til after 8pm. I am told If I leave early, and with out a manager approval, I am subject to a write-up. It is the closing manager that will not let me leave. What exactly are my rights?

Contact Employee Benefits Security Administration with the Dept. of Labor in your hometown. You can find them easy by going to the Feds main portal at firstgov.gov
