It is only good if you gave it all you got. If you are capable of a 4.0 and didn't do all that you could to attain it then you sold yourself short and it is not so good. But if you really did your best and worked to your highest capacity then a 3.6 is EXCELLENT and you should be proud.
I remember being proud of getting a C in a course I took in Art History. I went into the class knowing 0.0 and I did the very best I could and came out with a C.

Yes, definitely. Just maintain at least a 3.5, and you'll be well over the requirement for scholarships and college admissions. You'll get picked for those sooner than if you had a GPA below the 3.0 mark.

It depends on what you think good is. For myself I think that is terrible but to someone else it could be wonderful. It mostly depends on how hard you are on yourself or what college you want to go to.
