Probably you would not notice much of a difference. In fact if you used electric heat you wouln't notice any difference at all (at least in the winter). The reason is the amount of electricity an appliance uses is pretty much proportional to the amount of heat it generates. If you really want to save electricity get rid of your oven, refrigerator, toaster, hair dryer, basically any appliance which generates a lot of heat.

Not really. The average computer uses about the same amount of electricity as 2 100 watt bulbs. You'd save probably $10-20 per month.

If a PC was left on 24/7 it would contribute to about 5% of your bill

not really computers dont use that much electricity, try keeping the lights off, my boyfriend says it depends on the waittage, a computer and mointor, based of mine its about...200w for the computer and about 100w for the monitor guessing 400 with extras, = to 4 light bulbs is about 10 bucks, depending off the bill for the kilowaits

It depends what you mean. If you mean it's in use with the monitor, then yes the cut could be considerable, as monitors are pretty power hungry. If you just mean the base unit, then it wouldn't make anywhere near as big a difference.
I'm not sure as to particular percentages though.
