650 cal/h

15 minutes = 1/4 hour

650 x 1/4
= 650/4
= 162.5

162.5 calories in 15 minutes

If you burn 650 calories/hour, and you run for 1/4 hour (15 min divided by 60 min in an hour), then you burn 162.5 calories (650/4). Your weight doesn't matter in this case.
