I had sex with a guy 9/22 @ 3 am unprotected but he didnt ejaculate in me and I have sex with my bf almost everyday before and after that. I found out I was pregnant. Who could i be pregnant by and my due date is 6/18?
I cant remember the date of my last period in September but i missed my period in October and when I took the pregnancy test Oct 4 but it came back neg and then i went to the doctor OCT 24 and I found out i was btwn 5 and 7 weeks pregnant.
Who could I be pregnant by?

Every woman's cycle differs slightly. You can estimate the date of conception, but that doesnt mean its 100% accurate. Even if you know conception was 9/22, sperm can live in the body for up to 5 days, so it may have been your boyfriends sperm from intercourse with him a few days earlier.
Using your due date of 6/18, the conception would have been somewhere between 9/28 & 10/4.
You are due in a matter of days - get a paternity test

The only way of knowing for sure is to do a DNA test after the baby is born. Just because he did not ejaculate inside of you doesn't mean you are not pregnant by him. The "pull out" method of birth control is not fool proof. Were you using birth control at all? Even a condom or other forms are not 100%. Be honest with your boyfriend and the other man you were with. For the baby's sake, find out who the biological father is and take it from there. But honesty now saves alot more hurt for everyone later.

Im guessing you know that it doesn't matter if the guy ejaculates in you are not because precum could have sperm in it. All it takes is one little tadpole. So you were definantly setting yourself up for this kind of situation when you slept around behind your boyfriends back! Im not really sure what to tell you because you had sex with more than one person it could be anyones at this point. Did you use a condom with your boyfriend? If so then there is a chance that its not his, but then again condoms do break and things do happen. Well....i just don't know.

Just to not ruin ur life, ask for a dna sample from ur baby and boyfriend, now that u just found out before its too late and ur baby doesnt have a daddy.

They can find out through amniocentesis (i don't know if I spelled that right) You would just have to tell your bf because he'd have to be involved, unless you get the othe guy to do it and not tell him.

It's probably your boyfriend.Get a bloodtest done when the baby is born.

ask you doctor if you could know the date of conseption. he should be able to tell you if not just assume it's your boyfriends, don't worry about it!!
