Are you talking about using a Banana ? Ahha !! Just peel it off & insert it at the right place. Give to & fro movement until the banana is smashed.

If you or someone wants to do this, please reconsider it. Why? Because the banana will decompose inside the vagina and a really, really nasty infection will start that will require a trip to the gynecologist, a thorough examination and antibiotics.
