Exfoliate before shaving. Always use a sharp razor and a cream or gel that completely coats the leg. Follow with an AHA moisturizer, or something similar that helps to turn over new skin cells. Use this lotion daily to help maintain.

I dont get razor bumps but I've seen some nasty ones. Try using hot wax instead of shaving. Exfoliate in the shower. That should open the pores and hair folicles, should get rid of dem bumps. Waxing causes the hair to come in thinner and weaker every time you wax.
