How can I find out if someone has skipped bail?

I have a friend that I think has skipped bail from being in jail. I don't remember where they where at in jail, so I was wondering if there was a way I could find out for free without letting them know.

call a bondman in your area and see if they can help you track that information, good luck.

go to the bails bonds and ask or just ask him he wont get mad like you think
