I see a blank message posted to many Yahoo groups I visit and assume it is some sort of virus. What is Yahoo doing to stop it?

It is a VIRUS. DO NOT OPEN!!!

This has happened in some of the groups I'm in, and the "sender", who is usually a legitimate member of the group, has no idea it is being sent. It uses their address book and contacts to continue sending. I've heard some people say they got infected just by opening the email, and NOT downloading the attachment. I've also heard that it can cause your computer to continually shut down. This has yet to be confirmed by any real authority, such as anti-virus companies, or Yahoo. (to my knowledge)
