My kitchen at home. But i'd cook for you candlelit in the garden in the middle of nature and be your waiter. Then when the meal was over and you were satisfied(if) then it might start raining. Ah, and how bad or good would that be i'll leave up to you..... ;-)

It would be the Fishhead Cafe, on the beach at Byron Bay, in Australia. They have fantastic seafood, obviously, and a wonderful chef. The view isn't bad, either. Miles and miles of pure white sand and dazzling surf.

It'd have to be a Japanese restaurant. I love sushi! And in the odd occurrence that I would get tired of it, I also really like Japanese cuisine.
