Alternatively, if you know when and where this boy has been meeting someone else, maybe you could arrange for you and your mate to be there, so that she sees for herself? It's not a case of CAN you tell her. You HAVE to tell her. Boyfriends come and go but friends stick around. He's not much of a boyfriend if he's cheating anyway. She's better off without him.

1-before you do anything how reliable is your information
2-if you do or do not tell her you risk losing your friend
3-if you tell her you risk resentment and maybe even your friend accusing you of some self interest.
4-if you do not tell her,when she finds out about it,and she finds out you knew but did not say anything she will question how much of a friend you are
5-if you are 100%certain about your information,approach your friends boy friend and advise him to tell your friend what as been going on or you will.
6-that way at least you are giving him the chance to either end the affair

If you know this for certain, then you must tell her, but it would be better to maybe take her to where this man goes with his other woman, and let her see for herself- if she is besotted with this creep, she may not believe you without the proof. Good luck; I wish I had a friend like you!!

Tell her ASAP! If the situation was reversed you'd definitely want her to tell you wouldn't you? Tell her, but don't judge her if she refuses to believe you or wants to ignore the situation.
