They say they'll give the shot to young girls before they become sexually active but could I at age 29 get one?

The vaccine is brand new and initially going to be given to younger women, however, there may be a place for it in adults eventually. Medications get approval for certain populations at a time and thus it may not have been FDA approved for this usage yet...

If you mean Hepatitis B. Yes you can take it and its 3 shot between the first and the second shot one month and between the second and the third six month.
It's safe and effective I took it I was 30 years, and can be repeated after 5 years

I'm not quite sure. But I've heard that you can get the vaccine if you don't have HPV
