Ask him the situation! I know a man that when he was younger had a few too many drinks at a party and his girlfriend and he got in a fight and he slapped her. The charges were sexual assault because it was against his girlfriend. His attorney told him to plead guilty to get a lesser sentence so he did. Now he is a registered sex offender for the rest of his life! He has been married for 10+years now and has 3 great kids and coaches the little league team!
SO, ask! ! ! Find out the truth! ! ! !

If the answer is that he raped an under-aged girl then get away! If the answer is he did something stupid while drinking and he is no longer drinking, cut him some slack!

You need to hire a lawyer and get full custody now ..Just because he is in jail and she is with you doesn't mean he doesn't have rights..So to keep her away from him file now for full custody and require that when he gets out he will only get supervised visits. Sadly the court will grant him this so your daughter needs all the protection she can get.. I would also make sure he does not know where you live and her school knows not to release her to him..By law as a registered sex offender he would be arrested for being within 200 feet of a school..So be sure your daughters school knows this and are prepared..

All I can tell u is that u better be glad that he is ur ex now. He isn't even worth being with. Since he is a registered sex offender then u need not too talk to him at all. Because he can maybe do it again too u or someone else.

That depends on what he did wrong. You can have to register as a sex offender for something as silly as peeing in an alley. If he raped or molested someone, you have every right to feel the way you do. Thank your lucky stars you got away from him!

Think about it. It is not you're fault!!!!!! Some times we find things out about people we been with that shock us, but if you did not know in the first place, you should not feel sick. Just be glad that he is your ex boyfriend and leave it at that. try to forget about it and drive on.

Ask him about it, it could have been something as stupid as having sex with a girlfriend when he was 18 and she was 17 or like erica said, peeing in public. I'm sure he'd tell you and you'll be able to rest your head knowing what happened.

Call and make sure he is registered with your local police dept. because if he is not then he needs to be picked up. Before he hurts someone else because if not then you will really feel disgusted.

just be positive and don't let any obsession come near to you, forget all the happening like a bad dream and plan your life with a new courage. and try not to mess up with anyone without analysing him/her.
