The electoral roll is a register of all eligible voters, so register to vote. Try the post office that is where I registered.

You register to vote in your city or town hall, or by mail if allowed in your state. Since you identify neither state nor city/town, I can't help you more than that. And if you are not in the US, I have no idea.

if your in America, then god help you, cos if they dont 'accedently' forget to put you on it, then its not like your vote will be counted any way. but u would have to be a sertain age (in australia its 18) and then you would have to enroll by filling out a form. depends realy on what country
