No they don't. They do however go into heat, and the cycle is about 21 days long. They stay in heat for a few days at a time. This is the time they are sexually responsive to the stud. If your asking if the bleed, no.

female horses have a heat but they do not always bleed before during or after. this applys to many farm animals. Often the only way to establish if they are in heat is behavior (or hormone blood testing)

in england there called seasons to describe what happens in a mares reproductive cycle not heat thats for dogs

I imagine they do--they are, afterall, mammals. Cats and dogs go into 'heat'--so I'm sure that horses do as well.

Yes they do. Any animal that can get pregnant gets them. Even reptiles.
